In urgent emergencies you can reach the crisis centre PAPATYA by telephone. To do this leave your name and telephone number at the Youth Emergency Service +49(0)30-610062 or the Girls’ Emergency Service +49(0)30-610063. We will call you back.

Perhaps you would prefer a personal advisory conversation. You can find an overview of advisory centres here.

In addition, you can go to the local Youth Office. The Youth Offices are required to provide protection to children and it is their job to advise minors and young adults.

If you are being acutely threatened, you can call the police on 110.
